(Image: https://i.ytimg.com/vi/9JX4AfmTNBQ/hq720.jpg)Vaas represented a pivotal shift in Far Cry 's narrative structure that served to transform the series into something much more insane. Actors often like to have fun with AMAs and interviews as such, but occasionally tease things that could be true. The way its written seems more of a joke than anything, but it wouldn't be the first time an actor has hinted at a possible return. Vaas returning to Far Cry 6 may even mean the next game is a sequel to Far Cry 3 as well. Considering how iconic Vaas has become for the franchise since its third iteration, his return would be interesting considering he presumably died at the end of Far Cry
Much of the backing of these “leaks” lines up with some of the information that Ubisoft sent out as part of a Far Cry feedback survey to players after the release of Far Cry 5 . One question in particular asked players where they would like to see a new Far Cry game take place, which then proceeded to list around 15 regions and time periods. These choices ranged from different regions like South America or North Korea, or even went as far as going to another planet like the Far Cry 5: Lost on Mars D
Ubisoft has had a tough year, but pretty soon the publisher will be mounting a presumably huge comeback. Already there's been several triple-A projects confirmed by Ubisoft for release during the 2020 fiscal year, notwithstanding any social distancing development concerns. With Ubisoft Forward happening in just a few weeks, the publisher will likely showcase every new and existing project headed for release any time between this Fall to next Spring. One of those is more than likely going to be the next Far Cry g
Luckily, the legitimacy of this leak should be revealed sooner rather than later. Ubisoft will be at E3 2019 , and it's there where the company is expected to pull the curtain back on its upcoming projects. If a new Splinter Cell is announced at E3 2019, it will debunk this leak, though we would be surprised if Far Cry 6 isn't still in development in some capac
Since its called Far Cry , the weather should have an effect on gameplay. Think about how crazy it would be to deal with weather hazards such as rain, snow, and storms. Assuming Far Cry 6 takes place on an island, Ubisoft could introduce intense tropical storms that cause limited visibility and strong wi
Here's where the leaks get a little shaky, but nevertheless there are plenty of rumors surrounding the next Far Cry title out on the internet. The franchise's track record has shown it's not afraid to experiment with the game's themes or settings, either through DLC or with entirely new games. Far Cry: Primal and Far Cry: Blood Dragon are prime examples of this , based in prehistoric times as well as a retro-inspired sci-fi future. One of the most popular theories linked to Far Cry 6 states it will allegedly take place within either a North Korea setting or Jurassic-style sett
I can imagine the development process behind Far Cry New Dawn . Ubisoft developers, project designers, and executives crowded around a conference room, pouring over the reviews of Far Cry 6 money Guide|Https://Farcry6zone.com/ Cry 5 , looking at the shortfalls and critiques and meticulously planning on how to improve the sequel–where to experiment on in the franchise. While the gambles they made with Far Cry New Dawn were mainly an across the board success, the experience feels lackluster, repetitive, and hollow in a usually engaging ser
According to the leaker, who we must stress provided no evidence to back their claims, development on Far Cry 6 is being supported by Ubisoft Reflections, which is also working on the recently-revealed Ghost Recon Breakpoint and Skull and Bones . Ubisoft Berlin, meanwhile, is working on a different Far Cry game, suggested to be an online multiplayer spinoff of some k
We have no idea when they will announce Far Cry 6 , but there are some things we have on our wishlist _ . _ While the _ Far Cry _ games have been received fairly positively, there are some aspects of the series that could be improved (or outright taken out). Here are ten things we hope Ubisoft inclu
While the mechanics and game design of the game do feel notably better than previous titles, that doesn't extend to the actual level design. Though there are missions of Far Cry New Dawn that work to break the mold, most stages (story or side-quests) are simply shooting galleries or puzzle-solving bunker missions. Far Cry 5 injected far more personality into their missions and is going to feel far more memorable because of it. Lest we forget the Testy Festy mission that may perhaps define both the quirkiness and character of the series. There is no equivalent in New Da
Mickey (Cara Ricketts) and Lou (Leslie L. Miller), despite seeming like powerful antagonists with a different worldview and troubled history, get to display none of that. They likely get the most screentime of any characters of the game, but never had the opportunity to capture the Vaas or Pagan Min magic with so little screen-time. Instead, they come off as generic, malevolent antagonists with little-to-no reason behind their crue
