MKII/MKIII/MKIV Azimuth Check Routine
This routine checks the azimuth to see if it is positioned within the reference sensor, and moves it out if it is.
This is done to work around a limitation of the December 10 1999 firmware, which does not reset the azimuth correctly in this situation.
