The default setting for the discriminator voltage depends on what type of PMT is in use. For 28mm PMT (New PMT or in most MKIII/New electronics) the typically setting is around -10mV. for 52mm PMT, the typically setting is around -30mV.
To adjust, measure from TP1 and the ground on the BNC connector shell and adjust R1.
