The HV command starts the automatic high voltage test. This determines the high voltage setting for the photomultiplier. The HV command should only be used on the new single board electronics. To run a manual high voltage test for multiboard (old electronics) use HVB.

In order to run HV on the new electronics, jumper J2 must be moved during the HV test and returned afterwards.
